The Class of '58
Author: Lita Poehlman When we are together, we are like family. With the exception of a frightening image in a mirror here and there, it’s as if time stood still. The weekend of September 26-28, 2008 will be a memorable one as we celebrate our 50th class reunion, reminisce over the past and honor those who couldn’t be with us.

God is in Our Hearts
Author: Lita Poehlman
I always read the editorial pages of our local newspaper. Back in 2001, I read a letter to the editor that really agitated me mostly because of what I felt was a show of bigotry toward all who were not of this particular man’s religious persuasion and particularly toward Jews.

As You Lay Dying
Author: Lita Poehlman
How does one say good-bye to a loved one? At what moment does one accept the reality of the inevitable? I remember thinking that if I lost my father; I couldn’t go on living and certainly never dreamed I would lose him at the young age of 64. He had experienced some health issues but nothing life threatening. He became gravely ill suddenly and one doctor completely misread his symptoms.

A Mother's Love - Our Letters
Author: Lita Poehlman
Do we all wonder or even think about what moment in our life had the most impact on us? Mine was a moment that was so powerful that it has lived with me for 47 years. Motorcycle Memories
Author: Lita Poehlman
Over a period of nearly 25 years, my husband & I spent most of our weekends on one of the 4 Honda Gold Wing Motorcycles he has owned since 1980. Often it was an evening ride with friends through country roads to find a nice little Mom & Pop restaurant for a leisurely dinner and back home again.

The Times of Our Lives
Author: Lita Poehlman
Back in 2000, most of my classmates turned 60 and we decided to have a “Birthday Bash.” Since this was not an actual class reunion, we decided to hold the event in Orlando, FL, rather than the Hollywood area where we went to school.

We Are The Same, You And I...
Author: Lita Poehlman
In the grand scheme of things our Creator had a plan in mind.
Only He had the wisdom to create us equal in all ways.
Does rank and file change the way you perform your daily bodily functions?
Does your stature in the corporate world create some unique scientific
phenomena that exempts you from these natural functions?
Are we not all equals in the ways of nature?
