Dear FiftyAndFurthermores,

Welcome to the February issue of the FiftyAndFurthermore ezine, our sensuality issue. Whether you are married, divorced, widowed, dating, newly single, or flying solo for years… the sensuality issue is for you: Read about love, intimacy, treasuring yourself, and enjoying the five senses that make us whole: sight, touch, smell, taste and sound.

With the launch of our first issue last month, many of you have written in and asked, “What exactly is the FiftyAndFurthermore ezine? And what’s the difference between the ezine and the FiftyAndFurthermore.com website?” The term ezine is a relatively new term; in fact ezines are a new and cutting-edge phenomena in the media world. The word ezine is a contraction of the words “electronic magazine” and the definition is a periodic publication that is distributed by email and/or posted on a website. FiftyAndFurthermore’s ezine has the convenience of being delivered to the email inboxes of our readers, and highlights some of the exciting topics and issues that are featured in more depth on the FiftyAndFurthermore.com website. Basically, the ezine is an extension, a form of media that reaches out to the readers of the website. It’s another way for FiftyAndFurthermores to stay connected and speak about the real issues that touch our lives.

We are having a busy month with a lot in store: Our Three Tomatoes event at the Broadway Comedy Club in Manhattan for ComedyCures®, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Healthy Heart Month, Black History Month, the primaries, Leap Year, Super Bowl, and of course Groundhog Day (Yes, we have 6 more weeks of winter.)
