FiftyAndFurthermore.com is about to re-launch for the New Year and I couldn't be more excited. After more planning than I ever could have imagined, and heading back to the drawing board, we have finally realized my ultimate goal of a website geared towards FiftyAndFurthermores. Since I couldn’t find a website that spoke to my issues, I decided to create one for others like me. We are poised to carve out a niche on the web where my age mates can read and speak about the issues that are important to us... not what marketers think we are interested in.

I hope that this first issue of the ezine will serve as an introduction to what I have been up to the last few years. Think of this first issue of the FiftyAnd- Furthermore ezine as a preview of the website to come, a taste of the coming attractions for 2008. I have been deeply touched by the support many of you have given me in this quest and I ask now one more favor from each of you. Please continue to give us your thoughts and advice, and please forward this issue along to anyone you can. It is through a bold grassroots effort that we begin our quest together.
